Like I said yesterday, this came from my dad. It took me about two sketches to get Moe's dad trying to "eat" the hands right. The first sketch had Moe's dad with the same expression, but his head was in the same place as it was in panel 2, and he still had the quick motion lines, which made it look awful. On my second sketch, which was on my daily Moe schedule, the last panel looked more like this one, so I copied the second sketch to get the pose right.
