Just a Line?

I wonder what Julia wanted to say.

The strip's rainbow now has 45 colors!!

Is It Just Me, or Is He Stalling?

It's not just me. He's stalling. Big-time. On purpose. To annoy Moe, it seems like, in the last panel.

Rainbow Extension?

By "rainbow extension," Moe means that the strip's "rainbow," or the colors we use in the comic strip, will have more colors.

IT'S OUR 800TH POST!!!!!!!!

Snoopy's real line is "Some of us are upper-bunkers, and some of us are lower-bunkers.. I guess I'll always be a lower-bunker," right after he slid off his doghouse.

Did you notice that in the side view of the doghouse, it's like Snoopy's, with really thin pieces of wood, but when we switch to the 3/4 view, the pieces get thicker? I did that on purpose.

Earlier today, Julia, Merlin, and Heidi all challenged Moe to drink 800 glasses of milk in only 13 and one-third hours...800 minutes. I think he did it.

World War I Flying Dog

The strip is a reference to Snoopy's World War I Flying Ace stunts. Everybody should know that.

Now He's On the Tent?

The trick about drawing Merlin's doghouse is to try to make it as Snoopy-like as possible. Do you think I succeeded?

8/19/08

Like Snoopy!

What Covers?

The way I drew the doghouse is my own tiny tribute to Charles M. Schulz.

BACKWARDS?!

It's been a while since I did a Silly Putty Adventures joke. Let's do one today.
The fact that the overall movie idea would be written backwards is another idea I got from a dream.

A Tiny Dog Beat Him Up!

This is actually a spoof of a story created by The Master of Red Brick, Blue Brick. This strip was originally three!

T-Rex w/o a H'd

Translation in the title: "Tyrannosaurus Rex Without a Head."

We're getting close to our 800th post!

Where's The Toaster?

When I drew the last panel, I was thinking of drawing a toaster on the table. I don't know why I didn't.

Late RITM

If this RITM was on time, it would be on this post.

This design is now one of my two Sunday designs.

Infinity!

For the last...er...panel, I traced around a real ten-dollar bill. The tiny writing at the bottom left of the bill reads, "SERIES 2008 J." The J stands for June, because that was the month the blog started!
