In Portal, GLaDOS has four Personality Cores attached to her (originally three, but the fourth was added later in the in-game history). I won't tell you what they are, in case you haven't played the game.

For more information on GLaDOS, here are some links to Wikipedia and the Half-Life Wiki. I originally had several ideas for what the I could stand for, so I made a list of them and asked my dad what he think would work best. He said "irritable," so that's what it was.
