Is It Already my 400th Post?!

I had to think a little bit to get a good NITM for this. Again, since this is my 400th post, I am going to celebrate. Moe decided we needed a spot to archive all our strips. The bad news is:

...it was on Julia. Here's a bit of trivia for you: the text underneath the sketch at the bottom says "August 07 NITM!" I had no idea that would BE the 400th post!

How deep do you think that trapdoor is? Oooooooops...I forgot to add the hurt effect in panel 5. It was fun to make sure that the camera is a different angle in every panel.

I finally got the scanner fixed, but I still haven't had a chance to update yesterday's strip. I usually try to do a new background each time Moe steps on the nail(s).

I like in the last panel how the nail is poking the thought bubble. I was originally going to do some more squiggly lines around Moe's head so it fills almost the entire panel (Moe and the fire would block it). But, for some reason, I abandoned that. And, by "premiering every two months," that means that this will happen every 2nd. Like, April 2nd (Too bad! It could be an April Fool) is going to be the next NITM (the abbreviation for Nail In The Morning). Then there's June 2, August 2 (maybe), October 2, December 2, and then starts all over again on February 2, 2008. All the way up until the last post on IWMA (the abbreviation for I Want Moe Attention).
