This is my newest character in the comic strip, Heidi. Heidi is seven years old. She has red hair.

Brennan is so cute, isn't he? He's Thidwick's baby brother. Brennan can talk, but he still has this cute little speech impediment. Even he hates Thidwick's blanket! As Moe would probably say, "That makes two of us." And Brennan's response would probably be, "How did he hear me if I'm just thinking these things?" I thought that was so funny, I made it into a comic strip. Oh well. Thidwick helped Brennan write his name. To make it look like that, I wrote the name with my left hand.
Merlin is Moe's pet dog. Cute, isn't he? The black ears and black spot are little "details" I got from Snoopy. He thinks words, but sometimes he talks. When the strip started, he wasn't in yet...and none of them had eyebrows. I love the cute little eyebrows that I draw on them. To me, the characters would now look silly without eyebrows. Only Merlin and Brennan are the ones who look cute without eyebrows. In human years, Merlin is only 3. But in dog years, he would be, like, 24! Merlin cannot write in English, which explains the pawprints at the top.
Moe's enemy (whose real name is Jocken Fred) is sometimes even more irritating than Bed Monster. Sometimes even more scarier! Putting him in silhouette sometimes makes him even more scarier, when you don't know him, as you can see above. His image was first used in an old comic strip I don't do anymore. His name in this strip was "Pat the Pirate," which is why he has an eye patch.
Bed Monster (sometimes referred to as just "Bed") is kind of like an octopus...he has eight tentacles (that can all be seen no matter how you're looking at him) and can squirt ink (as you might notice from the blots for the D, O, and R). He likes to drool a lot. He comes out every now and then to irritate Moe.
Bob is Thidwick's cat. He doesn't talk. This guy is what I like to call the "sneezing target" of Moe, which means that Moe is allergic to cats. He looks a lot like a cat that I used in one of my other comic strips. His name was George. Check out those ears. They weren't always pointy. They were usually round. I changed it to this in a certain post because of a little drawing accident, and, for some reason, it stuck.
Thidwick is Moe's neighbor. He has a cat named Bob. He also as a blanket that "security-ized" him. Like I said before, security blankets drive Moe crazy. I bet he would feel right at home with Linus. Eagle-eyed people who read this blog will notice the two hairs sticking out of the back of his head, even though they're not visible in this photo. Thidwick is six years old.
Here is the silliest of all the Moe characters...Charlie, Moe's dad! The picture is one of his attempts for "World's Biggest and Longest Smile." Notice that he doesn't have very much hair, but he doesn't mind. None of the Moe characters mind. They just always refer to him as "Moe's Dad." By the way, about the signature, he always puts a period after every sentence he writes...even if that "sentence" is just one word. And also, he just can't help writing small. His birthday is January 24, 1977.
Michelle is Moe's mom. She is the nicest in the comic strip. Her hair looks like a loaf of bread...at least it used to. She is almost never mad. She is really good at sewing and knitting, much like her. Her official age has not been decided yet.
Moe is eight years old. He lives in a semi-normal house with his sister Julia, his mother, his father, his pet dog Merlin, his bed monster, and his enemy. He likes to tease Julia a lot. He is allergic to cats. Security blankets drive him crazy!!! That means he probably wouldn't be friends with Linus. He also hates his bed monster and his enemy. At 12:00 each night, he sneaks around the house. Moe calls this "Midnight Roaming."
