This wasn't the original strip. Panel #4 wasn't in there. Here's the original dialogue:

PANEL 2: We couldn't see their feet. MOM: Julia, Moe just told me what you did to him. JULIA (thinking): Uh-oh...
PANEL 3: JULIA: You see, I just always wanted to do that.
