I think this strip is supposed to take place as I'm posting it.
What Moe means is, after he says the thing in the second panel, he probably realized that what I usually do is now posting them late or extremely last-minute. So what he means by "used to usually do" is post them constantly on time with Scheduled Posts.

How do you do scheduled posting?
It depends on which Blogger interface you're using. If you're using the old one, I think there's some option underneath the post editor where you can type in the date and time in the future and it'll do it automatically.
If you're using the new interface, there's a publishing option on the right with a "scheduled time & date" option where you type in the date and time you want it to publish on.
