The original joke with Lily and the V-Cube 7 was originally different. The original strip was: Moe says, "Here Lily. Have a V-Cube 7." And he hands her a scrambled 7x7. In the next panel we zoom in on Moe, and he says "Wait for it...". Then we zoom back out on Lily, who has solved the 7x7. Moe remarks, "...there it is."
