Well, it depends on how much money she gets for running the strips. For her...ahem...poor job, Moe would probably fine her, like, $75!!

Oh, No, Indeed!

When I drew the strip, I was so used to drawing a different-shaped side-view of Moe's head, that I accidentally drew the old style. You can still see a little bit of the mistake behind the new Moe head in the first panel. To fix this, I cut out bits of the bottom of the paper, drew Moe on them, and glued them on. Unfortunately, the first Moe was a little to small.

If you could see the entire paper, you would see a little bit of the bottom cut off.

Is It Really 2617?!

Originally, to add to the unusuality of the strip, I was thinking of having someone else do everything except the last panel. And because I didn't want to waste so much time coloring each tiny background detail a different color, I just went ahead and used a lot of orange.
