If We Could All Do Something Like That...

Since the twin under the blanket doesn't have a brand-new arm, I figured she wouldn't be very interested in moving it around or showing it off, so she's wearing long sleeves. I've actually considered making this part of their permanent attire.

So...They Know Now

They're talking about this strip, if you can't remember.

Since people, when they get new/replacement limbs/body parts, they appear to want to move them around as much as they can, I made Heidi move her arms around a bit more than she normally would have. I also decided to have her wear short sleeves, as though she's showing her new arm off.

Double Posts: Are They Becoming A Trend?

Check back at 2 PM Mountain Daylight Time for another Flashback Comparison!

Merlin's Tackling Heidi Again

Merlin apparently tackles Heidi quite often.

Also, Merlin's ears were originally too long in the last panel, so I had to white them out and shorten them.

Okay, Cool It With The Double Posts Already!!

Saturday's strip will also be posted in a double post with Sunday's.

I had to do quite a few sketches of Heidi to get her hair to partially cover up the back fin and neckline correctly.

WATER BALLOON FIGHT!!

This strip came from an experience I heard from one of my friends the other day.

Wait, Two Multiple-Strip Posts In A Row?! Slacker!

I was halfway through coloring this strip when I consciously decided to use a lot of red in this strip.
Anyway, I'm back on track now.

Kind Of Like Dropping Him Off At a Friend's House

Bill Watterson was right; the Sunday strips with less restrictive layouts do take longer to make.

Apparently, There Are No Teams

Originally, Heidi's skirt wasn't going to be plaid–it was just going to be solid purple. But then a mistake I made in the drawing of the last panel forced me to make it plaid. I can't white it out, because since coloring over white-out would smear the ink, and I didn't want to have to completely start over, so I had to make it plaid.

We're Out

This entire strip came from a simple doodle of Heidi sitting down and holding two bananas, saying "One banana, two bananas." I can't exactly remember why I drew this, but I recently decided I ought to translate that doodle into a strip, and this is what came out.

Obviously Not

Apparently Heidi doesn't know the history of the Presidents of I.W.M.A.; she doesn't even know the current President is Lily.

Bob's Dressing Up As Himself?

My mom made the suggestion that Anna and Heidi would dress up as each other.

That's Disgusting!!

I have absolutely NO IDEA how I came up with this strip. I colored their shirts differently so you'd know that it's the left twin's arm, not the right one's, coming out of the left twin's mouth.

We Have Treats...

Here's a bonus for today:

The Lost I.W.M.A. Comic Strips!!!
This was going to be today's strip. I didn't realize that I have two strips for today until I scanned them last week.
This was going to be released back in October '09, during that period where I was trying to convert the strip to weekends only. But I looked over this strip, for some reason, and didn't post anything else until that strip where Moe demoted me to 2nd 2nd Assistant Secretary.

He's Not a Wiener!!!

There was going to be another hot dog strip where Bob saw that he was eating a hot dog, and asked if it was Merlin. But it was too much like yesterday's strip, so I didn't use it.
